Product Line Questions
Are all product lines covered across the full SMS territory?
Yes. Every line on the card is covered across Massachusetts, Maine, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont and Upstate New York. The one exception is Viessmann, which has its own coverage area: Connecticut, Vermont and Western Massachusetts.

SMS does not publish pricing. Call the office at (781) 341-0404, or (800) 633-0052 from outside Massachusetts, or send a message through the contact page and we will connect you with the right person.
Does SMS have its own warehouse?
Yes. SMS operates a company-owned 20,000 square foot office and warehouse in Stoughton, MA, including 17,500 square feet of warehouse space with 22 foot clearance, three dockside bays and a 3,000 lb forklift. See the warehouse page for details.
